PILEA MOON VALLEY
Also known as the Friendship plant this deeply textured plant is incredibly tactile. They can be grown on their own or they are great in terrariums.
LIGHT
Your Pilea Moon Valley will enjoy bright indirect light. Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves, and too little light will cause leggy growth.
WATER
They like to remain consistently moist and this can be a delicate balance so as not to become waterlogged. We find that little and often is the best method to achieve this balance.
FERTILISING
Feed once a month during the Spring and Summer months.
SOIL
Pilea Moon Valley like a well draining soil mix. Visit our soil bar to add perlite and orchid bark to a standard houseplant potting mix.
TEMPERATURE
Consistent household temperatures are fine for Pilea Moon Valley but they must be kept away from cold draughts.
HUMIDITY
Your Pilea Moon Valley loves increased humidity making them ideal for terrariums. Outside of a terrarium use a pebble tray or group plants together to increase humidity.

Considered non toxic to human and animals.
